I’ll let you in on a secret.

All of the hair, makeup, wardrobe and beautiful locations do not guarantee a gorgeous photo. I wish I could say it was that easy. There are a few “secret” ingredients that get sprinkled into the batter to bake the perfect Bunni Devereaux Photography cake. My photographic style and editing, of course, comes into play, but what is absolutely most important is that my subject (you) are up for anything!

You are my secret ingredient. Get wet, lay on a rock in a river, don’t be afraid to be fearlessly fabulous, regardless of who may be nearby. Let your unique brand of beauty shine through.

I, too have this attitude when shooting. If you’ve ever shot with me you know that I’m the first to get dirty. Lie on the ground, climb a tree, wade in a river well past the height of my rain boots. I’m all about getting the shot and never expect you to do something that I wouldn’t (safely) do. In fact, I purchased waders so I can really get into things for year ‘round aquatic shoots. When I encounter someone who is absolutely all in for creating something beautiful, I leap at the chance.

Autum is of my same mindset and in so many ways has been a dream come true! We recently shot at Snoqualmie Falls in the river and let’s say it was less than warm that day but she was a badass and got right in there to make something beautiful with me! I’m absolutely in love with the soft wistful vibe of the images we created. Check out my favs below!
